Aging as a Family Affair Sponsor Registration

Register by April 1 to be included in our event brochure.
Sponsors will be provided with a six-foot table and 2 folding chairs. The building will be open by 8:00 AM for you to set up. Participants begin arriving by 9:30 AM and will have time to browse until 10 AM and then during lunch from 11:30 - 12:45 PM. You are asked to stay until at least 1:00 pm.
By registering for this event, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Tables are to be staffed by adults only. Older children are allowed to help but are not allowed to be at the booth without an adult.
2. Each sponsor is responsible for his/her display. No electricity will be available.
3. Once spaces have been assigned, we ask that you do not move.
4. Smoking, e-cigarettes, vapes, pens, and alcohol are prohibited in the building.
5. Sponsors agree that Couts UMC shall not be liable for any loss, theft, personal injury, property damage, or other liability arising from the Aging is a Family Affair Event.
