Harvest Festival Vendor Registration

November 8, 9 AM - 2 PM | Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, power cords and set ups. Upon arrival, vendors will be directed to their designated spaces. Set up time is 7 AM to be ready by 9 AM. The booth space donation will be applied to the 2025 Harvest Festival Event. By registering for this event, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Because this is a family event, we ask that any inappropriate items not be sold. We reserve the right to prohibit the display or sale of items we deem inappropriate.
2. Booths are to be staffed by adults only. Older children are allowed to help but are not allowed to be at the booth without an adult.
3. Each vendor is responsible for his/her display.
4. Once spaces have been assigned, moving will not be permitted.
5. Smoking, e-cigarettes, vapes, pens, and alcohol are prohibited in the building.
6. Vendors agree that Couts UMC shall not be liable for any loss, theft, personal injury, property damage, or other liability arising from the Harvest Festival/Vendors Holiday Market.
